For Zanzibar the Student must provide the details of specific University registration ID to a Zantel employee (Salesperson) for whitelist the number to access University Offer.
Mainland is opened to all University students
When a customer reaches 75% or 100% of his/her usage will receive a notification ALERT to notify him/her to subscribe again on another bundle or Allow Pay as you Go.
The usage of allocated MB/GB /MINUTES /SMS is purely customer dependent hence a customer can exhaust all the allocated resources before the maximum validity, in that event customer will have chosen on either to be charged PAY AS YOU GO or STOP the service upon bundle depletion and the charging will act according to the customer choice/preference.
Customers can carry over benefits (MB/GB/MINUTES/SMS) if they enroll to the same bundle before the bundle expiry period so doing the remaining benefit will be carried forward and the new validity will take precedence.
In the event the customer hasn’t subscribed to a new package upon depletion; the service will be stopped until further renewal. Charging will act according to the customer choice/preference.
A customer can subscribe to a new bundle using the main balance after depletion, by dialing *149*15# then selecting 7 for customer service. Thereafter, select number 3 then follow the rest of the instructions.
