- To do this a customer will need to dial *149*15# choose number 7(customer services) then choose number 3 Manage on demand usage and follow the instructions.
- In the event NO selection has been done and the customer has depleted the bundle and all notification has been sent, the service shall cease unless customer chooses to be charged Pay as You Go as instructed in the point above.
- Internet speed will depend on the network technology used by customer as shown below:
- 3G- Maximum speed will be up to 17.542 Mbps for download and up to 6.53 Mbps for upload; depending on users per site.
- 4G- Maximum speed will be up to 25.31 Mbps for download and up to 14.24 Mbps for upload; depending on users per site.
