The Sawa Sawa Tariff services is available only for prepaid subscribers , in order to use Sawa Sawa Tariff services
customer need to have mobile phones and Zantel prepaid line. And also you will have to subscribe into
Sawa Sawa tariff plan. The user nolonger has to worry about the time of the day that he/she makes his calls nor about
the direction (on-net/off-net) of his call.
You can subscribe to Zantel Sawa Sawa tariff service by by sending SMS to short code number “105” to subscribe or
by dialing USSD string *105#.
To subscribe by sending a SMS, you need to type the keyword “SAWA” on your mobile handset message menu and send
it to pre-defined short code “105”. In case you enter an incorrect keyword the system will not be able to recognize the same
and your request will not be processed.
There is a one time fee of TSH 300 for registering to Sawa Sawa Tariff. This one time fee will be applicable for every time
you wishto register to Sawa Sawa Tariff. Once you have registered to Sawa Sawa tariff no fee is applicable.
You can unsubscribe from the Zantel Sawa Sawa tariff service by sending SMS to short code number “105” to subscribe
or by dialing the USSD string *105#.
To unsubscribe by sending a SMS, you need to type the keyword “SI SAWA” on your mobile handset message menu
and send it to pre-defined short code “105”. In case you enter an incorrect keyword the system will not be able to recognize
the same and your request will not be processed.
There are no additional charges for deregistering from this service. However, in case you wish to subscribe again after
de-registering once then, you will be charged Tsh 300 (inclusive of VAT) for each tariff option change that you make.
Once you have successfully de-registered from the service you will get a confirmation via SMS for the same.
