Segment Manager
To acquire and retain customers who fall within the SME segment
• Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top notch
sales team (operational excellence)
• Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Seeks out targets new customers and new profitable sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and
secure new business for Zantel.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues through the organization.
• Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of ) all customer complaints related to your department.

• University graduate
• Minimum of four years in relevant field
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Responsible for operational excellence within the section
• Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy are paramount
